The experience I had with Debbie Peña was immaculate. Our lender dropped the ball a few times which made this process a bit difficult for us but Debbie was always on it! She picked up a lot of slack from our lender and managed to do her job too, effortlessly. When I say, she really did everything in her power to help us find our dream home, I mean it! She was sooooo transparent about everything and went as far as making sure we were comfortable at all times. She gave us pointers and things to look for that may cause issues later in homes we were interested in, putting things in such great perspective; we didn’t just feel good about our choices, we became confident in buying as she really looked out for us. Debbie did such an outstanding job as our realtor. I am incredibly thankful for her and her knowledge. I don’t see her as just a realtor anymore, I now consider her a lifetime family friend. Debbie was a great help to me and my husband. My husband and I were ready to make a big change in our lives. Debbie was the perfect realtor to help us sell two homes and get into our dream home. My husband is disabled and we needed single story with the least steps possible. We were not sure what side of town we wanted to live in. We were open to whichever. Debbie was ready for the task. We understood this was going to be a time process. We set a plan to repair the the two homes for sale. Debbie gave great advice on thing we should start working to prepare the two homes for sale. We wanted to get top dollar for the sale on our homes so we could put a large down payment on our new home. We sold both homes for more than we expected with the help of Debbie. We saw many homes. Debbie was very patient and understanding due to my husbands Parkinsons has progressed and was unable to see all the homes we viewed. Debbie to videos and sent them to my phone and my husband was able to see them. We did not feel pressured at all and Debbie made sure we were content with our choice. We held out until the perfect home came up for sale. We were partial to the North East side of Bakersfield. Even though Debbie took us to other areas at our request. The perfect house came up for sale. This home had everything we wanted and more. New windows , great roof and shockingly one smal step out of the entire property. Sounds to good to be true? It was. We put offer in with many others and by some miracle due to our realtor we got this home below our budget. We are both retired and Johns health issues
