Debbie did her homework in this market. She advised me on how much to list the property for a quick sale. Debbie gave advice about any upgrades that needed done. She helped me to stage the house, so potential buyers could see themselves living in the home. She had wonderful pictures to go with the information about the home. Debbie is who I will call for all of my real estate needs. She is wonderful.

We had a very less than positive, owner and realtor. This was a VA buyer and the last 30 days was high tension feelings on my part. I never felt even up to the last week we would get to a closing.
