Debbie Mullis

We met Debbie at an open house while we investigated homes for a possible job relocation to the Atlanta area. Our first impressions of her was that she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the area/market. Before being offered the job, Debbie reached out to us regularly and provided updated listings, along with some news of the area. She provided great information on the local areas, including school information, good restaurants and places to visit while learning the area. Once the job offer was accepted and relocation was imminent Debbie helped us narrow our searches down. My wife stayed behind to close on our previous house while I relocated to temporary housing and worked with Debbie almost every weekend searching for the right house for us. Each time I went out with Debbie she was extremely helpful. She knew what we were looking for and did a great job narrowing down exactly what we needed. I think we must have seen over 40 houses before we finally found the house for us. Debbie helped negotiate the price of the new house and guided us through a smooth closing with the sellers. Our house we bought was contingent on our house selling out-of-state which made the process slightly more complicated but Debbie was a pro and it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Debbie and we would absolutely use her again if needed.

Debbie is very knowledgable about the area. She had a lot of patience finding us a house, as we looked at several houses before finding the right one!! We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone who needs a realtor. She is quick to reply to emails, texts and phone calls. If you have a question, she will find out the answer as quickly as she can.
