Debbie was working overtime during am open house when I happen to come across her path. We initially thought the house was out of oyr league but with Debbie’s guidance and knowledge she got us in contact with the lender we needed, made sure all repairs and requirements were done in a timely manner as well as initialized a final walk through! She made sure to go over all of the proper things such as lead base paint, flood hazard ins etc! She was a fine representative of the ideal OREC example of a real estate associate. She also sold the house years later.
