Debbie was my Buyer's Agent and she was (is) AMAZING! She knows the market very well and anticipated every little detail along the way. It was my first time buying a home and I didn't know what to expect. One day she would make a comment / recommendation / prediction and it seems a few days later that exact thing would happen. I always felt like I was in good hands and being guided in the right direction. She always seemed to know which homes I would and wouldn't like and was very knowledgeable when discussing how much to offer on a home. She is a great communicator and very responsive - definitely not a "9 to 5" agent, like so many others out there. Highly recommend Debbie to anyone who is looking for an agent - Buyer's or Seller's, as she does both.
