Debbie Lynn was my agent in listing and selling my mom’s home. Maneuvering thru my anxiety and sorrow was difficult enough, and still she got the job done without a snag. Her knowledge and experience are flawless.

I first interacted with Debbie Lynn when I contacted her directly about a home where she was the selling agent. I appreciated that she took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me her honest opinion that this was likely not the right house for me. Nonetheless, after I insisted she agreed to show me the home, at which point I found the house was exactly as she described and she was right. Nonetheless I was struck by her honesty and asked her to be my realtor. Over the coming months Debbie Lynn took us to see at least 15 houses and consulted us on many more. I was impressed by her deep knowledge of the Southbay and home values. She was always spot on in determining what a house would eventually go for and showed enormous patience in educating us on what it takes to get our bids considered. She didn't lose patience after we failed to get counteroffers for the first five houses or so we bid on, even though in retrospect, they were way too low. Many realtors I had worked in the past aggresively push you to the highest bid you are comfortable with, but that is not Debbie Lynn. She wants you to be happy with your purchase. In fact, for the house we eventually bought, she even told us to walk back our opening offer as it was unecessarily high. Her negotiation experience was a major help and several times wefound Debbie Lynn's strong network to come in handy as she knew the selling agent and was able to get us juicy inside information on what the seller was looking for. Debbie Lynn also has a keen eye for detail and was often able to point out specific defects that we didn't notice. Lastly, she has significant experience working with builders and renovating her own properties so was able to give us ballpark estimates on the fly as to what it would cost to fix and renovate certain properties. Debbie Lynn is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest agent.
