We made the decision to sell our home which was very difficult. Debbie was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. She explained every step. She helped us list at a great price and it was under contract after two days on the market. We are so grateful for the all of Debbie’s hard work.
Debbie Kempter provided a wonderful experience for my husband and I as first time homebuyers. We walked into the process nervous and intimidated but once we met with Debbie we felt at ease. She advocated for us and provided great detail on every step. She is an amazing realtor!
Debbie was attentive and on top of all of our needs and questions throughout the entire home buying process. She really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. There’s no one else we would have wanted by our side for purchasing our first home.
I had been in New Homes for 26 years. Did many a deal with Debbie Kempter as a seller rep for New Homes. She always followed from start to close on every transaction. She was honest to a fault . Got the best she could for each transaction for her client's. When I left the industry and went to list and sell my home in Concord. I called her. Not expecting her to travel that distance and list my house. But, yes she did. The best decision I ever made. Debbie took my calls at all hours, as I became one of those anxious nervous sellers. Debbie was by me every step of the way. Listed my house in May. Closed in July. Thank you Debbie Kempter for all your all help and loving support!!! I would recommend here to buyers and sellers. Just the best!
Debbie was extremely helpful selling my Dad's house. She is very knowledgeable and understanding of the circumstances of my living in Ohio while selling a house in North Carolina.
We can’t say enough positive things about our experiences with Debbie Kempter! She helped my parents get their house, she helped my best friend get his house (and his apartment before that), and now she’s helped us sell our townhouse AND buy our new house, and each of these transactions was seamless!! For our sale specifically, we listened to a few recommendations she had to help get our townhouse ready, and ON THE FIRST DAY we went live on the market we had 4 showings and a full-price offer!!
Debbie was extremely thorough, communicated in clear understandable terms and always kept our best interests in mind. She worked through all the typical sale challenges (repairs etc.) with a very calm professional approach. She made this transaction very easy for us.
