I have been reluctant to rate this agent because I did not want to appear bias or over rate her abilities because my of my affection, appreciation, friendship and respect for Debbie Kalfas. Debbie is the Best There is in the RE Business! She has a heart of Gold and the patience of Job! She is unshakeable regardless of how difficult, intense, direct or confrontive I was with her. She makes other RE agents better because of her highly developed professional real estate knowledge and skills. Never critcal but worked with (in my opinion) the seller's less accomplished, knowledgeabe and committed agent to close our sale. Unlike many agents, she was always on time, prepared, did her homework and used the lasted IT/AI to keep me up to date on every aspect our inspections, critical dates, deadlines, instructions and close of escrow requirements ans do uments. She never left my side or left me uninformed about any aspect of the negotiation or final sale of my property. Three of the most impressive extras unccomon in home sales, she provided home protection insurance so that I didn't have to worry about the disappointments that come after escrow closes, a profession cleaning staff to deep clean my home, and a professionally prepared Owner's Handbook/ Resource Guide on my property. To top that off she offered help sell my property myselp if she could not help me in the future since I question everything from everybody and because I am also a "do it yourselfer" about everything! I sincerely regret that I have to stop talking about a person, an agent and friend like Debbie. She "speaks people" and connected with my wife and I so well we can't say enough about her. Promote her, keep her, recognize her and she will bring your agency or brokerage nothing but credibilty and success.
