Debbie is an amazing broker. She helped find and lock down our dream house in Walnut Creek. We are not from the East Bay, and Debbie was instrumental in helping us navigate the different communities and schools in Walnut Creek, Alamo, and the Lamorinda area. She was patient as we viewed many different properties before finding one that fit, and was excellent at negotiating with the seller's broker after we submitted an offer. Debbie's expertise helped us avoid what could have been a bidding war with multiple offers and ultimately got us into a wonderful home in a highly sought after neighborhood. She is an excellent broker.
