We were purchasing from California and even with the 3 hour difference, Debbie was always available and accessible. She went above and beyond to assist us with the unknown experience of buying in No Carolina. Much different than California. Involved lawyers instead of escrow agents, septic tanks, which are unheard of in So Ca., radon gas testing etc. Would gladly work with Debbie again and encourage all others to enjoy her knowledge and kindness.
