Debbie was very knowledgeable of the area and the pricing on the local properties. She created high quality photos of the house, advertised, and hosted an open house that led to the eventual sale of the property. Debbie was available by phone, text, or email at all reasonable times of day and even a few times that might be late for some. Her persistence with the buyer's agent through the closing process is much appreciated as we were on a timeline for getting the closing completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debbie and I would certainly utilize her again to list or sell another house.
