Me and my fiancé bought our first house with the help of Debbie. She has become like family to us and helped us find the place we wanted to call home. She is very nice and very easy to talk to and help you figure out what you want in your new home. She is still in touch with us to this day making sure we are okay and that we are still happy with our home. I would say she has become a friend in the whole house buying process. Also through the whole process she explained everything in a way we would understand making everything so much easier. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us.

Words can't fully describe how wonderful Debbie Hicks is. My fiance and I chose Debbie after meeting her at an open house. I felt like we clicked right away and it was like talking to an old friend. If you want a realtor that is going to represent you at all costs, she is your girl. She's brutally honest with your best interest in mind. She is very quick to respond, extremely flexible, and super reliable. She will do whatever she can within her means to get you what you want. The only negative is that we closed on our perfect house (all thanks to her!) and we don't get to see her as often anymore! You can't get better than Debbie Hicks!
