As a Palm Beach Gardens native, she possessed an in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods, services, and recreational activities in which we were interested. We arranged a month stay in the Jupiter area. Debbie honored our time commitment by guiding our search, showing us homes, and being available. As our search and parameters for a home evolved, she adjusted and stepped forward to consider our new path. We left that area and moved farther north where we found a home that suited us. Through the inspections and closing, she advised and provided professional support. If and when we sell, we will list our home with her.

The service I received from Debbie Hawks during the sale of my condo and purchase of my new home was without any doubt perfect. A few points beside her knowledge of the many things required from a real estate agent are a few other things I am looking for: #1 How does the agent present her/him self during the contact with the sellers or buyers of the property. Dress code, friendly, helpful, in a good mood, provide advertising with photos in the correct places, be on time for appointments with clients. In my case Debbie deserves a big star for all the points above. Since a lot of the paper work today is done through the computer and I was not familiar with that, Debbie helped me with that with a smile and I can recommend Debbie to anybody anytime Zeger Muller .
