Debbie was wonderful to work with during our relocation to Denver from Kansas City. We had a quick turnaround and she was very responsive and helped us prepare and stage our house for listing...and we were able to sell far faster than expected. We were very happy with our experience!

I dealt with Debbie and I did not like her negotiation skills. She wanted a quick sale and it made me feel really upset. She would not go back with what we thought was a fair counter offers. I never felt like she was on our team. She always sympathized with the other people. We were told, 'negotiate down close to them--you will just have to pay another month's rent' It just doesn't sit well with me. Our home was not worth a huge amount of money but definitely more than what we sold it for--they got a steal. I would look for someone else!
