Help selling my Mom's house

After my mom passed away we tried to keep her house in the family and we just weren't able to do it. When the time came to put it on the market my husband was adamant we use Debbie for the sale, having been born and raised in Nevada County he has known Debbie for years and she had sold 2 of his parents properties since 2020. The sale was going to be challenging to say the least; the home was in Rancho Cordova, it's an older home in desperate need of updates/repairs, probate attorney's are involved and the fact we live 900 miles away were just a few of the known concerns. Debbie jumped right in and made things happen, great communications were the number one priority and she was an rock star from the very first day. It didn't matter what came up from lost house keys, multiple offers on the first day on the market, the first offer blowing up or a home inspection that would have made lessor Realtors run screaming Debbie never missed beat. Always cheerful and supportive when we talked she made a very stressful and emotional time in my life so much easier. The rating system for this review can't even come close to how highly I rate Debbie's work on our behalf. If you're thinking of listing or you're considering buying realty in the greater Nevada County area Debbie DeJesus should be at the top of your list of considerations as your agent.
