Debbie helped me sell a home on behalf of an incapacitated relative. I live out of state and she made what could have been a very difficult situation so much easier. She helped me get the house emptied, the inspections done and the necessary repairs completed and listened carefully to all of my concerns. She is a great communicator and her experience in the Nevada County real estate market really makes a difference.
