Debbie is the kind of agent you only hope you find to work with From the first meeting she was professional. She had done research to pre[pare, presented a plan that showed showed different aspects tosell the house. Over a short period of time her knowledge of the area and market was obvious. Her communication skills are appreciated. She never downplayed a question, and always answered fully, often with multiple suggestions. She graciously took on several tasks that were, to me, over and above the role of agent. Additionally, she has the resources to accomplish such things as inspections quickly and smoothly.
