After reviewing many online profiles I interviewed several agents, including Debbie Dejesus, to handle the sale of a home. It was crystal clear during our search for an agent that Debbie was the right fit to sell our property. She was also excellent in lining up trusted trades people to address repairs that were identified in the inspection. As I told her when discussing repairs … “I’m better at writing a check for repairs than actually doing them”. She took control, using her network of trusted local tradespeople to get the repairs accomplished in a timely manner. From our initial discussion with Debbie to close of escrow on the sale was 60 days. And the offer we accepted was full asking price which was based on a recent independent appraisal. We were looking for a realtor to sell my mother-in-law's home and chose to meet with Debbie based on reviews. After our initial visit, we chose to work with her. Debbie was compassionate and understanding about selling a home that had been in the family for years. She knew the area well and was honest about the market and what may hinder the sale. We had an entire house to clean out, and Debbie arranged everything. Quickly, items were removed, donated, or disposed of. Cleaning, carpet shampooing, window washing, and repairs were promptly made. Debbie kept us informed on the progress. She met with each person to let them in the house and check how things were going. We did not have to do anything! I'm not sure of the exact dates, but the home was sold (at full price) within a couple months. Inspections and escrow went smoothly. We really can't recommend Debbie any more highly. She assisted us through an emotional time, and we are so grateful!

I highly recommend Debbie Dejesus. She has so much integrity and is so conscientious. I live an hour away from the house I was selling. Debbie took care of so many details from calling gardeners, repair services and cleaning up the yard herself. The septic system had to be replaced and Debbie managed most of it herself. My house sold to the first couple who looked at it and closed in 25 days. Besides working so hard on my behalf, Debbie has a wonderful personality and made the process enjoyable. I can’t imagine any other agent would be as thorough and taken on so much.
