Debbie was absolutely great during this entire process. We built a home with Signature and Debbie was involved in the entire build from design to closing and went over and beyond for us. She attended all the meetings we had with the builder, designers etc. Debbie set up the home inspection for us and was at that meeting, as well as the orientation walk through with the builder and the final walk through the day of the closing. We were relocating from Ohio to Tennessee. Due to homes not lasting very long on the market we needed someone to go the extra mile and walk through several homes we had interest in and do virtual walkthroughs. Although not ideal it was very helpful and useful. When we did come into town Debbie had multiple appointments set up for the weekend so we could get a feel for different areas and walk through homes that may still be on the market. Communication was key and very important for the out of town process to work. Debbie communicated very well and kept us informed verbally, by email and text. We always felt like she was fully engaged regardless of the day or time. Once we found the home we wanted Debbie was terrific in the negotiating process and was able to satisfy a quick close which is what we wanted/needed.
