Debbie is more than knowledgeable and made selling my mom’s place easy. I live out of town and she guided me through the whole process. Her integrity was impeccable. She kept an eye on all the details from the Title Company and so much more. Her follow through on emails etc. was immediate. She kept me informed of showings and went above what most realtors would do. She really shows she cares about her clients both buyer and seller. I truly appreciated her immense knowledge of the market, what Title company to use and financing for the buyer. She had informed me in advance about potentially having to replace the roof to secure financing. Nothing was an unexpected financial cost and she made sure I understood all the details of expenditures included in the closing. She made the whole process a pleasant experience!
