Debbie is a wonderful agent to work with! Her knowledge of 15 years in the area is very helpful in assisting you to find the right house for the right price. She knows property trends, values, mortgages, negotiation tactics extremely well and is incredibly responsive to emails/calls/texts. Debbie is on time to appointments/showings and is always prepared to handle any situations or questions that may arise. Debbie will never try and force anything on a buyer or seller, just gives unbiased opinions that are backed with factual knowledge of the homes and areas.
