We met Ms. Campbell quite by chance as she dropped by a property I had contracted to be refurbished and placed on the market, She was not the only person, who stopped by to talk to us about selling the house, however she was the one, who displayed true enthusiasm in regards to the property. We live out of town and I have dealt with many real-estate professionals, during my lifetime. Ms. Campbell's interest in the story behind the house and why we were selling it came from the heart and not a sales person's prospective. In every step of the process she has been there for me to reach my goal, with honesty, knowledge of the trade and that feeling which lead me to believe I was in excellent hands. The best way I can describe the experience is to invite others to put their home in her hands and you will feel the comfort of a partnership from the cradle of your project to the time you have left the closing table.

We phoned Debbie because she had handled the sale of other property in our park and the neighbours were happy with the job she'd done. She and Kay came the next day, viewed the property, suggested what we considered was a reasonable asking price, and left with a verbal agreement to list the property. When friends of a neighbour learned we were selling, they came to see us the following day and then contacted their own agent who submitted their offer to purchase to Debbie. We accepted that offer for the full listing price with no conditions. Debbie kept things running smoothly through the closing in spite of a hitch along the way. We were happy with Debbie's representation.
