Ms. Benjamin impressed both my wife and I with her patience, attentive listening skills, friendliness and intuitive sense about what we’d find appealing in a home. Having moved to the area from Chicago, we had a slightly unrealistic idea of what price would have to be paid to accommodate the criteria on our wish list. Nevertheless, Debbie did extensive research to find properties on the market that met as many as possible, given our initial price range. It was a learning process for all of us, as Debbie gently oriented us to the local market, and we slowly realized the need for more flexibility in our price range. Through her diligence, quick responsiveness to our questions and constant availability, the teamwork resulted in finding a home that struck a balance between our dream and pocket book!
