THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!! Debbie Bates is a GEM, I was referred by a dear friend that told me that Debbie would go above and beyond.....That is what she did. We had 3 open houses and jackpot we had a buyer. Also my next door neighbor was also selling their home, but the way Debbie set up my open house everyone came to my house. Many offers, but got the right one. Debbie kept in touch via, email, text or call; which help me not stress. Wow! Where do I begin....First and foremost I can not recommend Debbie enough! She made herself available on short notice to do viewings, was very knowledgeable on everything and taught me a lot about the home buying process. Long story short....I was a first time home buyer and although I wanted to think that I was not very picky I was mistaken lol....I had a specific budget to work within and had a few must haves that were important to me. Well let me tell you Debbie came through for me and found me my perfect home and I just closed on it yesterday! Although the process was not a smooth as I led myself to believe i.e. a few things came up after the inspection Debbie worked daily with the seller and selling agent to have these repairs completed quickly one of which was replacing an outdated electrical panel this required finding a electrician, getting a permit in place, completing the installation and closing out of the permit. I am happy to say that all of this was done within the span of a week...I know amazing! Debbie was so patient with me through the whole stressful process and I can assure you knowing my type "A" personality this was no easy task on her end. Thanks to Debbie and her hard work I am now the proud owner of my first home in the exact area I wanted to live with the exact few must haves I wanted! Thanks again Debbie!!!!!
