Debbie Baker was amazing

Debbie Baker was amazing. She handled all the little things and the big things that came up. I had to have some repairs done at the buyers request, and she had it taken care of. I'm a control freak and early on I felt that this was a process that I could leave in Debbie's hands. To quote a comment that Deb shared with me, I only saw the tip of the iceberg! All the scary stuff under it--she handled! We are considering purchasing a second/vacation home further south and will definitely be working with Deb on that as well!
