Debbie helped find contractors who would be economical and take payment at settlement, and helped maximize where we focused those efforts to make the house show well. Debbie even put in her own sweat equity by changing out hardware and weeding. Then she deftly and diplomatically guided the house to the right buyer and managed the under-contract process very well. Could not be happier.
