Thanks to the hard work and perseverance by Debbie Ask, our home in Calusa Lakes sold. Marketing a home during COVID is not an easy task, but Debbie handled it perfectly. She was able to show our home safely- for both us and our perspective buyers. Debbie knows this area first hand and was able to answer any questions that buyers had without pause. We tried selling by employing one of the large chain real estate agencies. After no successful results we switched to Florida Home Team and sold with in a few months. Debbie was very professional. Always very pleasant with every conservation I had with her. Since we couldn't get to Florida because of the Virus. She handled the final sale and kept me informed of what was going on, almost on daily basis. She took items to Good Will, and mailed several items we wanted to us. She also made arrangemts to send a piano to my Son in Kansas. She did such a great job, I consider her a friend, and a great and honest person. honest person.
