Debbi Levis was my buyer’s agent for a mobile home in Fallbrook as well as the seller's agent for my house in Cardiff.. She negotiated the buying of the mobile home expertly, working with the seller’s agent, including arranging for fire insurance (not easy for Fallbrook, which has been deserted by so many insurance companies). She went to Fallbrook with me twice – the first time to look at the mobile home I liked and to help me compare it to another for sale, the second time to do a walk-through, which she measured the floors for me (to install vinyl flooring). She managed it so escrow closed on the same day as escrow on the Cardiff house. She always knew what I wanted and made sure I got it. And she is a lot of fun!
Debbi Levis sold my Cardiff house for me and helped me buy another place. She combines deep understanding of human nature with imagination and extraordinary real estate expertise. And she has a great sense of humor and loves dogs. The Cardiff house is an old beach cottage on a valuable lot. She wrote very convincing but honest descriptions of the property and had it photographed by a professional with drone footage which showed off its ocean view. She changed the list price according to the market but never precipitously. Two promising offers unexpectedly failed. Within an hour after the second failure, she had arranged a showing for another buyer, who turned out to be “the one.” Debbi paid attention to what I wanted and managed to close both the sale of my property and my purchase of a new property on the same day. I was ignorant of and nervous about real estate dealings. Debbi made the whole experience much easier than it would have been with someone else. Her parting words are always “I’ll be in touch,” and she always is in touch, very often outside of normal working hours.

We found out with little warning that our landlord was putting our house on the market, and wanted to vacate within 6-8 weeks.
