My wife and I met Debbi at an open house in Winter Springs in late 2015. We immediately took a liking to her open and honest approach. She was very friendly, but never pushy. It was our first home purchase, so we had endless questions for her and she helped us understand the whole process. She also provided us with referrals for people in the industry. We met some really great people at different mortgage companies that were also a huge help to us because of Deb. Deb kept in constant contact with us. I never had to wait for a reply back from her be it email, phone call, or text message. When we were ready to make an offer on a home, she would have the offer out that night even if it was 8:00 pm on a Friday. Because we were indecisive and the market was so competitive, Deb showed us over 30 houses in total. Literally drove to 30+ houses and walked us around while we decided what we wanted. I could not imagine having to have navigated the extremely competitive market that is out there right now without Deb's guidance. I highly recommend anyone go through her for both buying and listing homes.
