One word: AMAZING. Deb was incredible to work with. I can’t imagine getting to the finish line with this purchase without her as we had to deal with a relocation company (who was difficult to communicate and work with), & numerous obstacles that kept coming up along the way. Deb helped us navigate every step of the process and was very good about explaining what was going on. We were most impressed by her plethora of information and high quality contacts! She seems to know everyone and helped us get things done rather quickly: lenders, lawyers (we LOVED Chelsea), general contractors, the folks at Town Hall, photographers, movers, hardwood floor refinishers... she ensured everything went smoothly and wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. We used her for both and will use her again.

After a very awful experience with our first home purchase we were very hesitant to just pick just anyone. My Wife and I phoned Remax and said "we need your top performer in town". Well, thank goodness we made that call! A few hours later Deb called back and said we could begin seeing houses that weekend! When we met at the first appointment we arrived with our newborn girls and Deb welcomed us with open arms! She felt just like an old friend who we hadn't seen in a couple years. She walked around houses and was talking about the good and bad of each property to ensure she understood what we wanted and how we operated. I honestly can say it was a wonderful experience. Fast forward to the purchase of the home we are in and I can truly say without Deb we would be living with the In-laws (and no one wants to do that!) Deb was fierce when needed and never backed down from our buyer's agents or our seller's agent. She even stayed late when our open house became a fisaco and there was a pile of people still looking at the home hours after it was supposed to end. She is a very diligent hands-on type and will not let her clients down. I would recommend Deb to anyone looking for a new home and love to say she became a friend throughout the process. Deb is a fantastic real estate agent. We really appreciate her immediate responsiveness, clear and comprehensive communication, and knowledge of the real estate market. She not only helped us close on our new home in a very smooth manner, but also (a) provided us with recommendations of excellent contractors for repairs/renovations; and (b) tracked them down and scheduled appointments for initial consultations with them! We were so pleased with the overall experience that shortly thereafter we worked with her again on the sale of our old home, with similar positive results. We would recommend Deb without any hesitation.

Our Sale was not simple as it involved a 3rd party as it was a Corporate Relocation. We also had some close out issues with permits for renovations as well as some title issues to clarify. Add to this that we had already moved to Europe and Deb was fantastic!!
