Deb & Kate were highly enthusiastic about selling our home in every way. They knew it was a unique property and took the time to offer it in a way that would highlight its modern features as well as the stunning vistas of the yard and landscape. They took the time to stage it in a way that appealed to all who entered. Their research provided us with information we needed to formulate a selling price. They had it photographed at a time when the entire property could be seen knowing that when the mature trees and shrubs were in full foliage and bloom the vistas of the city and neighborhood would make the yard's features more private. They were very sensitive to our situation in making this the last move of our lives from a home we had loved, maintained, and expected to stay in, more comfortable emotionally.
