I was working as a POA and Deb came over and gave us pointers on what to clean out in order to get the house on the market. We got a buyer and had to make repairs and she got me estimates and work completed. In the process the owner passed and I went from the POA to the Admin, which added to the work that needed to be completed. Deb was great to work with - she was very knowledgeable about the current market, was quick to respond to our many questions and provide sound advice on some issues we were concerned about. We were selling our house in Philadelphia and are based in Canada - Deb let us know early in the process about some of the specific requirements in this situation which was very helpful as we were able to plan accordingly and avoided potential last minute scrambling.
