I had a couple of properties to sell as part of an estate. Two of the properties were quite challenging and I lived out of state. Deb really stepped in and went the extra mile to get the properties in front of the right type of buyer, and in the case of one of the properties, took on the expense and elbow grease to get it presentable and accessible. I almost felt bad calling her to see house after house when it always felt like we were seeing duds, but she was always happy and available to meet us anywhere, any time. I knew I could always text her to get info on a neighborhood or area of town. She figured out what we liked and wanted and knew how to steer us in the right direction. When we finally found “the one” she gave us sound advice to get our offer accepted and expertly walked us through the entire process. We also worked with her to sell our old house, and felt we were in good hands then too—she made a smart plan and executed it for a quick sale. Deb even offered to drop by our house and feed our cats when we went out of town the week our house went on the market. Definitely the extra mile that made it feel like we were more than just a business transaction in her eyes. She was also very personable with our kids—holding the baby while we looked at something in a house, letting our older daughter read to her, and taking an interest and remembering what our girls love—books! Through the years of working with Deb I feel like we’ve found a lifetime realtor (though Lord willing we will NEVER move again) and a friend. Professional, experienced, kind. Definitely recommend.
