Beyond my expectations!

Despite it being a buyer’s market, finding a townhome with main floor living is competitive in the Lakewood/west Denver market. While I was out of town, a ranch townhome unit was listed for sale in the neighborhood I cherished. I had watched this market for a year, and was knowledgeable of the infrequent sales history of this neighborhood.
