My boyfriend and I were moving from out of state and contacted Deb roughly a year ahead of actually moving/buying. She got on the phone with us, facetimed and explained a little about the area and what we can expect by starting to do research. Little did Deb know, we were going to ask her over the next year to go look at numerous houses for us, which she gladly did, even checked out some muddy, back roads areas that most relators would have said no to! She was so amazing in guiding us to the right home for us, never gave up on us, and consistently gave her honest opinion of the home, which when you are buying out of state, is a must!! You have to trust your relator and we sure did, as we found a place late on a Sunday, 3 hours before closing time for offers, and Deb helped us through the entire offering process, got our offer in 18 minutes before closing time and called us crying an hour later that we got accepted! It was an amazing process, extremely smooth thanks to Deb and her contacts that she has. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Several months ago, I contacted Deb Conley regarding the possible sale of my father's home in Leland NC. First contact with Deb assured me that I was dealing with a professional that was knowledgeable, personable, and responsible. Although I have a lot of experience in real estate and home building and renovations, I am not from this area and had no idea the value of property, any leads on quality contractors, and the time it would take to settle the estate. After our first meeting and walk through, Deb put together a set of comparable sales in the area…Nothing special yet as most brokers do this as part of the listing. I then had to come back to Boston for a few weeks and started to worry about the next move, as the home need major cleanup (35 years or collected everything) and some substantial renovations or the main dwelling and the outbuildings, I had no idea the Deb was already in the process of reaching out to her network, to see when her contacts in the business of were available. When I returned to Leland, I was able to meet with competent contractors including plumbers’ carpenters’ painters and the company that helped with the estate sale of the personal property. Over the course of the next few months, while I was up north, she was always available to inspect the property, meet with the folk’s making repairs and supply some great advice to me along the way. Deb contributed much more than the usual listing broker, and the home was completely renovated and sold in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. She gets my 5-star rating, and I would not hesitate in referring her to family, friends, or anyone...needing help in buying or selling their home.
Moving across country and purchasing a home without stepping inside is extremely stressful. We were luckily, as we were referred to Deb. Deb was one of the best things that happened while relocating. She really went above our expectations. Not only did she help us purchase a home, she had provided us with multiple referrals to companies for all other services we were needing (cleaning, inspectors, finance, etc.). All which turned out to be as amazing as she is. She holds herself and the companies she works with to a high standard. We didn’t know anyone or any company that we could trust and rely on, so her expertise was very appreciated. Deb is great a communication and getting the job done. Even when we would forget out the time zone differences, she jumped in and helped whenever she was available. We look forward to working with her again when the time comes.

Deb showed us many houses she has a fantastic personality and is very knowledgeable about everything she shows. It was Christmas eve and there was a house we wanted to see. She did not hesitate and set up a showing for us. She was very upbeat as always and meet us at the house. We made an offer and received an acceptance because she was fantastic and put in our offer that day. She has a way of getting things done.
