We found a property that we loved but it went under contract before we were able to offer on it. Deb is not your ordinary real estate agent. In October 2023, we purchased our home in St. George, Utah. That capped off a more than 4 year process during which Deb showed and visited countless homes that we expressed interest in, often times aided through FaceTime as we live in Northern Utah. Several of those homes we actually made offers on only to be outbid during the insane bidding wars of post-COVID 2021-2022. She was always armed with the most recent market data yet not once did she pressure us to offer above where we were comfortable and she always made us feel like we had an advocate in the process.
