I met DeAsia at an open house for a property in February 2022. At the time, I was doing research on homes in my price range, not yet preapproved. After DeAsia and I shared pleasantries, we discussed my goal of buying home by June and desired price point of $340k. She provided her card and offer to assist on my home search when I was ready. A few days later, the home featured in the open house had a dramatic price drop, which led me to getting qualified for funding and eventually submitting an offer. The offer was submitted and Deasia began supporting as my buyer's agent. She kept me up to date on Inspection deadlines and arranged multiple visits to the property to verify details as needed. Unfortunately, that sale ended falling through due to inspection results. Deasia continued to support with property visits over the next couple months and more failed offer submittals in a ultra competitive market. Finally at the end of April, Deasia showed me a home that been on the market for a few weeks, but hadn't had many showings due to the property being held by heirs out of state. The home met several of my requirements and I immediately moved to enter an offer. Deasia reached out to the seller's agent to gauge interest in the home and what might make our offer stand out. We offered $10k under listing price, and had our offer accepted. With multiple heirs being involved in the transaction, communication could be stressful at times but DeAsia worked to provide timely updates and provide pressure to seller's agent when needed. After the inspection, we were able to negotiate some repairs and a credit to be applied to closing costs. DeAsia attended multiple inspections and validation of repairs as necessary. Appreciate her cordial demeanor and willingness to provide service throughout a lengthy home buying process in a seller's market. I would utilize DeAsia for future transactions.
