Dee's attention to detail and follow through was over the top. We had a very difficult escrow due to a third party who would not follow up in a timely manner and continued to ignore Dee's contacts for information and status. Dee stayed at it constantly and was finally able to break the log jam with the third party which then allowed us to close escrow. She provided excellent professional real estate services, besides assisting us in identifying and locating individuals who might have an interest in some of the furniture (including a baby grand piano) that we needed to move out of the townhome--something over and beyond one would expect from a R/E agent.
