We worked with Deanna on purchasing our home in Cape Coral and had a great experience! As we lived in Ft. Lauderdale and could only come for 2 days to see houses, we were so happy that she cleared her schedule and made herself available to look at plenty of choices over those two days. When we had it narrowed down to a couple of homes, she was happy to re-show us the homes the following afternoon so we could decide and put an offer in. Once the offer was accepted, Deanna stayed with us throughout the loan and title process to ensure we closed on time and smoothly. She also provided important information on local utilities, markets, the fabulous Cape Coral Arts Center and more. Professional, knowledgeable and prompt....Deanna was a pleasure to work with and we will use her again should be decide to move in the area!
