Absolutely a Five Star experience! Deanna helped my 97-year-old Dad sell his home in Rochester. She was everything we hoped an agent would be. She was very knowledgeable about the selling and buying of homes (pricing, deeds, title insurance, variances, where to get needed information; even had curb, decorating and painting tips.) She was very thorough, precise and complete in all paper work. On top of that, she is a genuinely warm and caring person. She went to Dad's assisted living home to explain forms and sign papers and was so patient and reassuring in answering all of his and the family's questions and worries. She did not rush us through any of the process. She returned phone calls very quickly and kept us informed and updated with all the latest happenings and showings through emails, texts, and phone calls. She was great every step of the way, even having an open house during the holiday season! She was a great choice for our realtor.

Deanna helped my 87 year old parents sell their home of 60 years! She accommodated their living situation by going to my parents’ apartment to share and explain the process of selling their home. Deanna did no “put it live” until my parents had moved to their new place.The house was sold in 3 days and had 12 showings. She kept me “in the loop” by sharing any information with my parents and me. When signing the paperwork and title work, Deanna had everyone come to the my mom’s rehab facility so she did not have to go out in the very frigid weather. How caring is that? My dad, especially was thrilled with the amount the house sold for-$15,000.00 more then he thought it would be! Also, after everything was done Deanna sent a box of chocolates, pretzels and fruit to my parents...which they really enjoyed. This is the second time Deanna Tollin has helped our family with buying or selling homes. We think she is the best!
