I enjoyed talking to her and about her potential client, and decided that I would let her list the property. She comp the property and walk the property before listing it. I decided on a price for the property, but we listed it a little higher than my expectations because she felt the property was worth more in today’s market than I did. She was closer with her figure of value than I was, because my property closed for more than the asking price. She did everything I asked her to do during the process of selling the property.
