I appreciate the level of detail in walking through the components of the selling and buying process. We were always advised what our options were, and were able to make informed decisions based on the situation. Deanna put the work in on the front end especially to be present, available, and the prepared comparisons of the neighborhood for our existing home were extremely helpful.
