I hired Deanna to sell my house. After a walkthrough around the property she gave me a list of things to do in order to get the most from the sale. Once I did those things and we listed she sold my house quickly and effectively. She was able to get me the best deal during during buyer/seller negotiations. When all was said and done I pulled in 50% capital gain on a house I owned for two and half years. I highly recommend working with Deanna.

My boyfriend and I were first-time home-buyers searching online when we so very fortunately happened upon Deanna through Zillow. We began our house hunt in January of 2018 when the market seemed to be at the peak of its craze. We were putting offers in above asking price and were competing against so many other buyers. At one point, we were one of over 25 other offers. We ended up putting so many different offers in that I actually stopped counting. But Deanna stuck through it with us and was so positive and encouraging. She reassured us through all of our doubts and discouragements that the right house WAS out there for us and that we'd find it together. Fast forward to June and boy are we glad we listened to her and toughed it out. We were able to find a home that meets all of the criteria on our must-have list, has more than enough square footage, on a lot that's bigger than we could've hoped for, in a town and location that we love. We couldn't be more satisfied with Deanna and all of her hard work and we couldn't imagine going through the crazy, hectic home-buying process with anyone else. Corey and I can't even begin to thank Deanna enough for helping us find and purchase the first home of our dreams.
