Responded to my request for information in a timely manner. She also noted my preferred method of contact, instead of just calling. For me that says a lot. Attention to detail and follow up at just the right amount, enough to let you know she hasn't forgotten about you, and not excessive to the point you get annoyed. Friendly and knowledgeable. I just recently have had contact with her, but would recommend to others wishing to purchase.
She makes sure that she is available when ever you need her. She worked with our busy schedule to show us houses and made sure that when ever we asked her questions she let us know as soon as possible or would try her best to find out.
