Deanna definitely went above and beyond her job, 5 stars isn't enough to give her. My husband & I found the Real Estate Masters Group when our neighbor was selling their house, we called the office asking for their short sale specialist and they gave us Deanna. Short sale is very stressful but she (together with Samantha -transaction coordinator/short sale processor) was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. The experience though lengthy (almost 6 months) was very satisfying. We even received flowers with gift card personally from Deanna after the new buyers have closed with Escrow, we thought that was very sweet of her. When the right time comes for us to buy our new house/property, we would get Deanna to help us in a heartbeat and would recommend her without hesitation.
