We had a great experience with Deanna. We appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and communication. When we knew we would be putting our home on the market, we invited 3 realtors to provide their thoughts on what we’d need to do to get our home ready for sale - only one provided any follow up but only for a month. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger and sign less than four months later, a friend recommended Deanna and she came with a detailed marketing plan, resources ready to help make minor fixes, and a couple of suggested timelines. We opted for the more aggressive plan and she really helped make it happen. As we moved out of state, she continued to provide great resources and support all the way through close. We would recommend Deanna as a realtor hands down!

We generally don't write reviews but for Deanna both my wife and I could not say enough about her. In selling our house she always was ahead of what needed to be done and when. Everything from inspections, staging, walk-throughs by a select group of other agents that validated what she already knew. Everything was ready for a buyer. After having all the prep work done, staged, etc. she coordinated a wonderful open house. We sold our house in less than a week. We highly recommend Deanna!
