If you need a realtor in the Denver market, Deanna Hass will exceed every one of your expectations. I was hesitant to list my home in the Fall, thinking most buyers purchase in the Spring/Summer. Deanna shared purchase data and rationale that made me feel comfortable listing in late September. She helped 'stage' my house with decorative items that made the house show like a model home. Deanna was extremely helpful and patient working with us as we transitioned from Seattle to Denver. The resale market was challenging for a buyer when we started our search in January 2022, but she helped us navigate to the best options for new builds in the areas we were interested. We found a great home in a great area with good timing on the build. Deanna also helped us with the Design Center process, which is always stressful. As the home started to be build, we had some strong concerns as the market shifted, loan rates increased and she helped us navigate these challenges. In the end, we changed directions and found a great resale home in another great area. She understood and supported our change in direction and was very helpful getting us through the process of buying this home. Overall, we were very happy with Deanna’s help and support and that of her team.

Deanna is great! She found me my townhouse last spring. This is definitely not a 9-5 job for her. She will look extensively to find you a home. I really appreciated her availability. She is always there to answer your call or will return it quickly. She always had answers to my questions, even questions I didn't know I had. This was the first home I bought by myself and she was by my side through the entire process, which was very comforting. She's like a sister, friend, realtor rolled up in one person. So thankful I had her as my realtor.
