Very patient with a first time seller!

Deanna is very kind, and her knowledge, experience, and network of resources made the process of selling my first home much less stressful! She gave very good advice on preparing my house for sale (saving me money), and then gave very good guidance (with detailed documentation) on setting the asking price, which was ultimately the sales price. She was very patient with all of my questions, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends - I wish I could look forward to working with her again myself, but I've moved out of Florida.
