Above and beyond! Selling your home from across the country, literally, sounds like a nightmare. Danielle made this process so smooth and lifted the hassle right off of us! Our house went on the market quickly and even quicker the offers came in! Danielle took the time to define each of the multiple offers listed and educated us. Also did I mention we were selling our home from the other side of the country? It may have been 6:30 for us but at 9:30 for Danielle, she remained enthusiastic, eager, and thorough throughout our discussion of offers. We settled on an offer far above our asking price and closed on the house in 14 days!! Only a wonder woman for a realtor can work that kind of magic! After everything was complete and our old home had been sold, I received a book in the mail. The book was a custom made book full of pictures and descriptions of our home! Brought happy tears to my eyes! We now have something more than just a memory, a beautiful book to tell the chapter of our lives in our first home. Above. And. Beyond.
