Deanna is amazing. We went with her to both buy and later sell our house and both experiences she was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and effortlessly. She even brought over decorations to stage our house a bit. We received a full asking price offer less than 24hrs on the market. She arranged all of the contractor quotes on the repair request and advised us throughout negotiation. Even though our house was a low cost home, Deanna treated us as if we were her only clients. Working with Deanna to sell our home was a great experience. Her knowledge, professionalism and expertise made the process a lot easier for us. She explained everything in detail and gave us great advice on how to prepare our home for the photos, and we loved the results - it looked like it was straight out of a magazine! We met Deanna a few years back when she helped us through the process of buying a new Mattamy home in RiverTown. Deanna also helped us through the warranty process as we had a few issues that the builder was pushing back on, so she intervened and advocated on our behalf.
